The Attitude of Gratitude is an important practice to my life. By continually shifting to this type of mindset I find greatness in all that I do and all that I live in life. How did I get this mindset?Practice! Repetition, reading, meditating, notes, and reminders, but I think one of the most impacting changes was who and what I put myself around. I cleared out the negativity inside and around (social media was huge). I focus on not judging, but helping others. I try to appreciate everyone's life, or at the least, understand why.
